Lucy in Australia Posted January 30, 2011 Share Posted January 30, 2011 This is one I always give to my new "cooks" to try: Chocolate hedgehog 2 pks Marie biscuits (chopped/crushed but leave some big bits) 1 tin condensed milk 250g butter 1/4 cup cocoa (you could use more or less depending on your tastes) Combine condensed milk, butter and cocoa in a saucepan and stir until butter is melted and all is well combined. Add biscuits, stir well, then press into slice tin/lamington tray etc. Refrigerate, slice and serve. I have also just rolled it into a sausage inside GladWrap, put it in the fridge overnight and then just slice the next day.
