It has a nice white wood base, but I need a new shade (or need to cover the existing shade) to use in my new craft room. It is currently white and light blue checked and I want to cover it in black or a black/white pattern. Is there a particular type of fabric I should use? What kind of adhesvie can I use to put the new fabric over the existing fabric? I've looked for a new shade and I'm not finding the right size or color.
