Lara in Colo
They are the same cost (for 4 students/1 yr) I can't really tell the difference. Can you all tell me your preference? Lara Oh by the way, I am hoping to use as a suppliment, a fun activity (to get away from paper math) and a way to prepare for end of year state testing. scrapbabe
I know nothing about either of them. I'd love to hear about them.:bigear:
navneet_20us
IXL is a great resource and very interesting website. Kids love it. And first 20 problems are free to try and find the site, if its a best for for your kids or not.( And I think its by Maria Miler , the same author of MM books) Not sure about the other one you asked. navneet_20us
Just checked the other site.. looks like its from Australia, Money and coins are australian..(or can they be converted to US coins.. not sure) Looks interesting, but I think IXL is straight forward and easy to navigate.Try the trial version of both with your kids, and see what they like? Lara in Colo
I am trying the trial versions of both, but since there is a limit per day, getting the scoop on 4 different grades of math is going to take forever. I guess I'm just not that patient. :001_smile: I was hoping others here had tried them and could start a 69 page debate on their respective merits. :001_smile: The Australian money is a good observation (I wonder if the price is the same--what is the conversion to US?) It doesn't really bother me about $ for the kiddos (I can use something else for that) Thanks for all the input. Lara
