scrapbabe
For my 10 year old. I'm thinking fun games, fun activity books, manipulatives, anything you've used or heard about that could be fun. We like to play at math, and I need ideas.
Paula Miles
You might want to check out the Life of Fred books. ElizabethB
Money! Convert everything to money and it all becomes clear. 1/4 25c, 4 quarters make a dollar, every percent can be explained as pennies on the dollar.

scrapbabe
Thanks for the responses. We actually are using Life of Fred... I was thinking something more supplemental, like games, or activities to do together outside of book learning. My son is very hands on. I like the Math Music idea. Thanks! Crimson Wife
My kids have loved playing with the Learning Resources fraction tiles set from the time they are very young. One thing I did with my DS when he was practicing counting by 10's to 100 recently was to show him the relationship between that and counting tenths to make one whole.
