Needed: recipe for ground deer meat jerky

if yo have one, please share...I have deer meat in my freezer and we wanted to try this.

This is what I use:

 

For each pound of meat:

2 t salt

1/4 t pepper

1 t chili powder

1 t garlic powder

1 t onion powder

1/4 t ginger

cayenne if you want it spicy

 

You can vary the amount of spices to suit your taste - another version I have doesn't have the chili powder in it, and uses curry powder. I use an extruder I bought at Walmart to make jerky strips and then dry it in my dehydrator.
