thinking of getting this for my flour...I buy in 50 lbs bags and right now I store it in my basement, but I would love to have it IN something other than the bag....should work, yes?? Or would it not be a good idea to put it in this..of course not WITH the dog food...01...but does it need to be food grade plastic for storage???

My mom has always had a big bin like that (hers doesn't have wheels, but I think the wheels would be handy). I think hers is Rubbermaid. Not necessarily the food-type of Rubbermaid, more like a storage tote-type that was about the proportions of the one in your link.

I, personally, wouldn't use something for human consumption that was made for animals. We do use one for our cat food, though.

I guess I just thought it was a container and that was one way to use it...dog food.. but what if I just wanted to put the BAG of flour inside the container...you see, the wheels are what intersted me...I could put the conainter in a corner and then later wheel it to my counter space to use the flour...instead of lugging a bag of flour...but maybe a food grade container might be better.
