kalanamak
I've always had beat up ones from Goodwill. Now I have a hall near the garage entrance that could easily handle a 3x4 foot message/stuff board (tickets, chits, a calendar, etc). I'd like to do something a hair stylish. Hubby is handy and we recently stapled up a large wall map and put trim (turned around backwards) around it. He could do that again. Are the cork tiles durable? Does the grain (coarse or fine) matter? Is there a brand or store that has much more durable stuff? Do they collect dirt if they aren't fine grained? Any fun ideas you did at home? Also, anyone know how to put up a galvanized section for magnets? I googled and "fancy" places want 35 bucks for a square. How would you mount a home made one? Thanks for any ideas, pics, or links.
