I wish I had bookmarked it!!!! Can you help me find it? Wasn't hannaanderson or gap or anything you'd see at the mall, as far as I know. It wasn't an LDS site, I don't think, but maybe. There are skirts in the spring catalog, but some are short; some are being shown with tights or leggings. I don't think those are what you mean. There are skirts for teens, but again, short.
