beth in md
Hi, has anyone tried these programs at http://www.learning.com/products/? They are incredibly inexpensive at $15.00 per student per year and look good but I can't find many homeschool reviews. For science, I am looking at it as a full curriculum for struggling 6th grade twins and for math, as a possible supplement. I am not a huge science fan and so love the idea of online science with virtual experiments but wonder if it is boring. The Edtech program looks interesting too for the price. Any comments appreciated! Thanks;)
Julesnpebbles@suddenlink.
This looks great!!!! I'm looking for science - something fun and interesting like this. I wonder if I do this and combine with some activities / experiments from Lesson Pathways if that will be what I'm looking for. Check out the homeschool buyer's co-op because they are negotiating a deal soon. The deal is on hold but looks like they will get it back in a couple of days. homeschoolbuyerscoop.com https://www.homeschoolbuyersco-op.org/index.php?option=com_hsbc_epp_order&Itemid=
Guest Lori Callister
Hi there - you are exactly right! Learning.com's solutions are designed to work with your other resources. In fact, you can create links to PDFs, or create Web Links and assign them to students in Learning.com. We also offer tools to create your own lessons that you can integrate into any science or math lessons you use from Learning.com. If you have any questions, be sure to email me! foxbridgeacademy
It looks really interesting. I would be more likely to buy if they had some demos or a free trial. I hate paying money (even $15 per child per subject) for something that ends up not working for us.
