Freezing curry....

I made a lentil curry dish and a little goes a long way! We have eaten it two days in a row for dinner but I think I'd better freeze the rest or the family might mutiny! My only issue is that it has some sour cream in it. Not tons I just needed something to thicken it up a bit. Do you think that if I froze it it would have an ok texture after being thawed an reheated?????
