Bright Futures and Foreign Language requirements

Dd is dual enrolling. She completed Latin 1 from FLVS and Spanish 1 from our local college. She wants to do Latin 2 at home using a Wheelock. Will Bright Futures accept Latin this way or will she be required to take the SAT subject Latin test?////////////

 

Seems like it might just be easier for her to// complete 2nd year Spanish at college if I can talk her into it.
