Is there any software that can do this? Or other suggestions?

Recommended Posts

Since Christmas they've been finding it difficult to be as efficient as usual in their approach to getting stuff done, so I was toying with the idea of a timetable rather than a tick list. I'd like to be able to produce something for them to follow that is low maintenance & easy for them to understand. The problem is that we have several outside activities that are fortnightly or monthly. Is there an software I can enter what I want them to cover, weekly, monthly, for the year, or however, that I can then enter our commitments for the week & it will fill in the blanks so things get done?

Yes, I know I'm probably asking for the moon.:nopity:
