WagsWife
Because I do...I really, really do! However, I was convinced I was going crazy a good portion of this morning. I tried to find the whole hybrid/linear thread earlier. I could not find it on the first few pages, so I figured it had either trickled off...or things got ugly over the weekend and was pulled. Ok, not a big deal. But *then I kept getting emails saying the thread had a new post. I would come here to check...no thread??? I truly thought I was going batty! I understand there is a "how to board"...but what I don't understand is, what is the big deal about keeping the thread here? This is a "General" board, and it is only one thread...a thread that is very easy to skip if someone does not want to read it. It is just very confusing (for me at least) to come here and find a thread disappear. That being said...I love this board!
JFSinIL
I'm with you - I hardly ever check the How To board - seems if a person has a question leave the question where the most folks may see it and respond!!!! On the General board!!!

I *think* that there was some sort of snafu yesterday where 2 threads mysteriously merged together and maybe they couldn't fix it and had to delete? Maybe someone else can clarify on that... beansprouts
Normally a note indicates when a thread has been moved and gives the new location.

Maybe someone else can clarify on that...The thread still exists, it was just moved to How To. I agree it would have been better to leave it here.
