praisefor3
I ate a salad tonight at Panera Bread. Actually I only ate half the salad as I shared it with DH. If I go to the WW site and enter in the carbs, fat, protein and fiber as listed on the Panera website it would result in 14 points if I had eaten the whole thing. Still I am wondering since the only thing on the salad besides veggies was some apple viniagrette dressing and a few pecans...is that number right? Does salad have some carbs in it? If so, those were included as I figured up points but yet since it was salad wasn't it all free but the pecans and dressing? Does that make sense? hsmomto5
can be calculated after you take of the veggies. On Panera's site you can omit things on the nutrition. If it were me I would just count the pecans and dressing if the rest is veggies. Make sense? Try that and see if it comes up less. Hope that helps.
