thescrappyhomeschooler Posted January 11, 2011 Share Posted January 11, 2011 Since Thanksgiving, I've pretty much let my healthy eating plan slide down the drain. So, I'm feeling fat, bloated and lethargic. I didn't make any New Year's resolutions, so I'm making one now to get back to my habit of having green smoothies and fresh pressed juices every day. I'm putting it out here as a form of accountability. I know how much better I feel when I concentrate on getting most of my food in the form of fruits and veggies, so here goes attempt #483 to get control of my diet! Keep plenty of washed and ready ingredients in the kitchen, in your favorite flavors, and pick a special smoothie time each day. That helps me a lot. 5knights3maidens Posted January 11, 2011 Share Posted January 11, 2011 We have smoothies with juicing first thing in the morning. I'm really enjoying this. We just ran out of bananas and almost all my fruit is gone and shopping is Friday!
