Back to the green smoothies

Since Thanksgiving, I've pretty much let my healthy eating plan slide down the drain. So, I'm feeling fat, bloated and lethargic.


I didn't make any New Year's resolutions, so I'm making one now to get back to my habit of having green smoothies and fresh pressed juices every day.


I'm putting it out here as a form of accountability. I know how much better I feel when I concentrate on getting most of my food in the form of fruits and veggies, so here goes attempt #483 to get control of my diet!
