Jennifer
Took my overweight 8yo shopping for girls' clothes last night-what a nightmare. We went to Penney's, Sears, Kohls, Target and Walmart and did not find much at all, especially in pants. Some girls 16's would fit around the middle and in the bum but then would be way too long. 12plus and 14plus fit better. What we did find that fit was horrible in style and quality. So, I ask the hive-Where is the best place to shop online clothes for the "chubby miss" who doesn't want her pants pre-torn and her belly hanging out? Thanks! Dobela
Our JCPenney has a large selection. There may be more online. We love Land's End though for our son. The quality is just wonderful. For my dd3 we often have much better luck shopping for pants in the boys section. The boys jeans are not low cut, so she has bottom coverage, with wider legs in the hips and thighs. ClassicCole
Always had good luck getting plus size jeans/pants for sd at Target, JcPenney, Kohl and Meijers. Alot of the time they were sized like 14 1/2, 16 1/2, etc. Sometimes it was easier than others.
