Danestress
What would you bake with that? I bought it at Trader Joes by accident a while back - wanted bittersweet.
Jann in TX
I like milk chocolate as well as semi-sweet in chocolate chip (chunk) cookies. Besides cookies, I might use it for a chocolate fondue or to top some homemade toffee... Most likely I'd just break it apart and eat it straight. All of those things, especially the bolded part :D
StephanieZ
LOL, I'd eat it.
Sue G in PA
Bake? Why go through all that work? Just EAT it! :tongue_smilie:
Kebo
One square of Trader Joe's milk chocolate is a very common desert around here; it's good stuff! I vote for eating it straight.

blakereese
Another vote for eating it!! :001_smile: Wouldn't last long at my house! The only thing my DD wanted for Christmas was nail polish and chocolate bars. Needless to say, she got a lot of chocolate bars. :D Break it up, and enjoy while reading something "fluffy". Sounds like a good night. :001_smile:
Belacqua
I vote for eat half, break up the other half and use it (as you would chocolate chips) in banana muffins.
elizabeth
Eat it and wash it down with Irish Rose Whiskey. Well that is what I would do.
laundrycrisis
I had a large chunk of milk chocolate like this once as a kid - I hid it in my dresser drawer and nibbled at it for a year. I would do that
Jen in PA
Bake? Why go through all that work? Just EAT it! :tongue_smilie: :iagree: I much prefer dark chocolate, but that sounds like something I'd make an exception for.
Truscifi
I'd eat it too. Keep it in the fridge, nibble on it a little at a time. Or a lot at a time, depending on the day.
jewellsmommy
I would eat some, make chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered bananas (rolled in nuts, then frozen).
