unsinkable
I am TERRIBLE at figuring our flavors of stuff but my family just loves the Moe's chicken breasts. If you don't know what Moe's uses, what is a nice seasoning for chicken for tacos that is NOT from a package? For fajitas, I use fresh lime juice, S&P, cliantro and a bit of oil so I don't want to duplicate that. TIA for any help!

TheCoffeeChick
I don't know what a Moe's is, but here is a good chicken taco seasoning recipe: http://www.getnthekitchen.com/2010/04/21/chicken-taco-seasoning/
unsinkable
Thanks, Jessica. That looks like a recipe that might work. I can't stand the taste of those "taco seasoning" packets anymore. Moe's is a Mexican chain restaurant. It is similar to Subway in that they make your food in front of you as you tell them what toppings, etc. you want. So you can pick a burrito or taco or quesadilla, then pick meat, beans, tofu and then veggies. Moe's has a "free" salsa bar, too.
