SquirrellyMama
Is BE Geography a full American Geography course? I'm using Trail Guide to World Geography this year and I don't like it so I'm not planning on getting the US Guide. I'd love a literature study for geography. SquirrellyMama
Yes. Do you use it? There was only one sample page so I couldn't get a good idea of what it was like. Is it good?
ErinD
Can't speak specifically about the geography, but we just received the History of Science and it's definitely a full course. My daughter is raring to go!
G5052
Do you want to go state-by-state, or are you OK with just some highlights? Beautiful Feet Geography uses four Hollings books as their spines which means that you just hit a few places. We used it last summer as a read-aloud guide and enjoyed it. They cover the Great Lakes, the Mississippi River Region, the Santa Fe Trail Region, and the travels of a sailing ship. If you want more of a state-by-state where you pick the literature and activities, you might look at Cantering the Country by Geography Matters.
