SafeEyes YouTube Filter - anyone use it yet?

Recommended Posts

I was over on the SafeEyes website and saw they now have a clip by clip filter for YouTube. Before I go ahead and buy this (we're using k-9 now), I'm wondering if anyone has used this feature and what your thoughts are. It would be SO nice to let the kids go on YouTube without having to wade through the junk or stumble upon some of the garbage on there.

Okay, so we downloaded the free trial. With YouTube, I typed in the benign search term "girls" and while the thumbnail pictures and some particularly unsavory videos were listed, none of them could be played. However, other acceptable videos could be. So, while not perfect at all, it's still the only youtube filter I've been able to find, and it's better than YouTube's own laughable "controls".
