jail warden
I cannot find one.single.pair.of.fingernail.clippers!:banghead: This frustrates me to no end. I bought 2 when we moved in 1 1/2 years ago, we already had 1 or 2, so that we could have one in 2 bathrooms and in the living room and in the kitchen. Well, every.single.one.of.them has disappeared. It started right away, first one was lost then the last 6 months or so we've been down to one pair and I've watched it like a hawk. Well, my fingernails are way too long and I NEED to clip them TONIGHT, and now they're GONE!!!:glare: Does anyone else have this problem? I did try to keep one pair just for me, but unfortunately they always NEED them for a hangnail or ouchie and then they know where I hid it and then it's no longer mine. Anyway, thanks for letting me vent!!! I suppose I need one of these.:chillpill:
Plucky
Buy more pairs. More than you will ever need. LOL These things disappear here all the time. Having too many means we have some when we need them.

I'm starting to do the same thing with tweezers. You need at least six, so you can find at least one. :D
jail warden
I just can't figure out where all 4 of those clippers went to! I guess that's why I need to spring clean at least once a year, clearing all drawers and moving all furniture, just so I can find the things my kids misplace!:001_huh:

JFSinIL
They are with the dustpans I keep having to buy. We now have four brooms and no dustpans - I did have FIVE dustpans!!!

I only buy dustpans that clip onto the broom. Otherwise, they go... somewhere.
Book Crazy
I have restored to cutting a 3 foot piece of bright orange yarn, tying one end on the nail clippers (ours have a small hole on one end) and taping the other end to the coffee table. Works great. Have not yet lost any nail clippers. I get funny looks but hey, its better than trying to hunt for them when you really need them. WTMindy
I buy fingernail clippers as stocking stuffers almost every year to replace the escapees that we have lost....along with combs and chapstick.

Doran
They're the same little creeps who steal the socks. I think they use them for sleeping bags. The clippers? Well, fairies need paper cutters just as much as the next guy. And, where would they get their surf board wax if not for all of our missing lip balms? Combs of course function as prefab fences, because we all know how good fences make for happy fairy subdivisions. Dust pans are the perfect pond liners seeing as how they come with built in diving boards. So, now you know. ;)
Kelli in TN
Fingernail clippers? I just chew my fingernails down to nothing and then I don't have to worry about nail clippers.
