can users of Family Time Fitness tell us more?

We own it, but for the most part it has sat on our shelves. I think the problem is more with me than with the book. ;)


I think the book is great for giving you ideas and support for things you can do at home....proper pushups, situps, ball throwing, etc. There are specific sections on popular sports. It has a broad traditional scope of instruction.


I do think that the book, however, is best for kids 8+.
