Amber in AUS
Sounds like the shutter speed is too slow. Try using a flash or choose the sports option and see if that helps. Personally I LOVE my Panasonic Lumix can't remember the model offthe top of my had but it is one of the top ones. My pics are brilliant! mcconnellboys
With my new camera, it comes on in autofocus and I have to lightly press the button for taking pictures until I see a green box on my screen. I then can snap and get a good shot. Otherwise, I get a blurred picture almost every time....
Margo out of lurking
I have a Canon Powershot. It's much nicer than my old HP in that it was more $$, but my HP photo quality was better. I never use my flash, and 95% of my Christmas pics turn out blurry. (I have to choose blurry over white and washed out from the flash.) Usually, though, I'm happy enough with my pics. I wouldn't choose a Canon again either. :lurk5: for suggestions. I've taken 11,000 photos with my camera, yet I've never learned how to change settings. I always thought I would after I got used to the auto settings, haha.
Tylianna
Try cleaning the lens. With kids, it happens to me all the time. :glare:
