hsmom
Well here are our plans. I am excited to use them. Math: McRuffy grade 2 (toward the end of the year switching to TT3) Science: R.E.A.L science odyssey life science (excited about this program) and McRuffy grade 2 (already have it so might as well use it) History: History Odyssey Ancients level 1 (really excited about using this!) Geography: Down to Earth Geography grade 2 (not the best, but has all the facts and I can work with it) also Geography is incorporated into HO. Just not sure how much. We may drop the workbook and just do HO. Civics: Just a simple workbook we have already (required by state to teach this yearly) LA: McRuffy grade 2 also using the handwriting program again. (I hate to change now, I fear all the changes I have already made have done more harm than good so I will stick with the program. Even though I am not 100% positive we should stick with it, yet not sure what else to use. Without throwing him off once again changing programs) Reading and Lit.: Using the library and some of the book suggestions also using the books from our history program to cover this. Art: Artistic Pursuits Music: Oak Meadow's beginning recorder books Edited January 11, 2011 by hsmom
