Aubrey
in a bag in my mailbox, will the mail person know it's for her? Is that legal & everything? I'd give it to her in person if she'd come at a regular time, & if I hadn't given up my search for envelopes & resorted to going now to buy new ones. :D I think a person needs to know when they deliver life-altering news. Catwoman
Be sure to call the post office in the morning to make sure your regular carrier is delivering the mail that day. Cat

I'm glad you mentioned that! She came an hour early today, so I missed her.
Sugarfoot
We do this every year, and we always get a "Thank you" written on the back of a "You're package is at the post office" kind of slip.;) We also leave treats for the FedEx and UPS man. We tend to keep them busy all year...;)
Truscifi
I'm in a cookie baking mood, but am on a diet and don't want to actually have all these cookies in the house. So, ok, I'll give some to my postal worker too. :D Which leads me to ask, what kind of cookies keep well in the mailbox?
