TXMary2 Posted December 21, 2010 Share Posted December 21, 2010 Two of my Le Creuset pots got burned and the bottom inside of them has a bunch of chips. I went to our local store and they gave me the information on how to send them in. They determine if they replace them for free or offer us replacements at half off retail. I think they will determine they are not at fault since I obviously burned something (ahem - twice at least). They say on the form that replacement of the same color can't be guaranteed.......has anyone ever had something replaced by them? If so, how did it turn out?
