Please share your weekly menu for this week....

This is what I'll be making this week in no particular order:

 

Italian sausage soup

vegetable noodle soup

baked ziti

golden parmesan chicken with mashed potaoes and green beans

gwambki (some Polish dish that dh loves to make, don't know how to spell it)

 

Not sure about Christmas Eve/Day yet. I should probably get on that LOL

We're having:

 

Pizza & Salad

Buttermilk Chicken breasts & bok choy

Grilled Cheese, Stewed apples & cut up veggies

French Cassoulet & bread

Soup & salad

Appetizer Night (Christmas Eve)

And Christmas Day will be dinner I ordered from Whole Foods :party:

 

Not terribly inspiring, but there it is!

Today - Pad Thai

Monday - black bean burgers, sweet potato fries, green beans

Tuesday -chicken pot pie

Wednesday -crispy eggplant with spaghetti and sauce

Thursday -broccoli pizza for the kids (hubby and I have a date---yay!)

Friday - split pea soup with bread

Saturday - turkey with stuffing, baked sweet potatoes, broccoli souffle, glazed carrots, cranberry spinach salad, pumpkin pie, figgy pudding (I'm pretty excited about that one. It's gets lit on fire twice!:svengo:)

Every foreseeable day post Saturday - something with turkey in it

Monday: tomato soup and grilled cheese

 

Tuesday: spaghetti and meatballs, spinach, garlic bread

 

Wednesday: out to dinner - it's Awanas night!

 

Thursday: salmon, wild rice, salad

 

Friday: prime rib roast, mashed potatoes, broccoli

 

Saturday: honeybaked ham (MIL is bringing this), scalloped potatoes, homemade mac 'n' cheese, broccoli, rolls

Here are the meals; I don't know which exact day we will eat them. We'll be eating elsewhere Fri and Sat, so it's only 4 days...

 

Halibut nuggets from TJ, couscous, steamed green beans, pineapple

Marinara meat sauce on ww rotini, green salad, berries and cream

Chicken breast/lettuce/tomato on tortilla, raw veggie plates

Beef roast, carrots, baby red potatoes, strawberry/spinach salad

it's going to be simple and clean up until Christmas Eve. Then, all gastronomic bets are off. :001_smile:

 

Chicken soup for 2 nights, macaroni and meatballs, probably a big pot of venison chili. (I've already made the prior two).

 

peanut butter and jelly for lunches (we're going to be full on baking so nothing too intensive there, either).

Mon- salmon cakes, spinach salad, cornbread

 

Tues- sweet potato burritos

 

Weds- veggie stir fry (chicken for hubs)

 

Thur- spaghetti, spinach salad, french bread

 

Fri- chicken/veggie meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans

 

Sat- Crab Legs, pasta alfredo, crash potatoes, steamed broccoli, and rolls

Monday: Sweet & Sour Chicken with rice

Tuesday: Homemade mac/cheese, sweet potato fries, sliced apples

Wednesday: Chili

Thursday: Ground Turkey/Tomato bake, steamed broccoli

Friday: Taco Salad

 

Saturday: Turkey, mashed potatoes, crockpot creamed corn, applesauce salad (applesauce, lemon jello, red hots), frozen fruit salad, honey muffins. Munchies: Hawaiian Cocktail Sausages, homemade candy, Peanut Butter Crunch bars.

Tonight: Salmon with horseradish sauce.

Monday: Steak and baked potatoes.

Tuesday: Takeout eaten in a hurry at church, because DD has a 5pm rehearsal for a 7pm Solstice service.

Wednesday: Pork tenderloin rubbed with garlic and rosemary.

Thursday: Pasta with shrimp, green beans, and sun-dried tomatoes.

Friday: Potluck at church. I think we're bringing a ham.

Saturday: We're getting on a plane and flying to Memphis.

Tuesday: Leftover Ch. Spaghetti

Wednesday: Order Pizza, salad

Thursday: Black Bean Quesedillas

Friday: Chicken Fried Rice

Saturday: Steak, Potatoes, mac-n-cheese, rolls, pumpkin pie, cookies, and anything else anyone asks for before I go shopping.

wed- hamb and chips

 

thurs- steak and pots

 

fri-pizza (with extras for christmas breakfast)

 

sat- I have no idea?? that is so sad, thinking hot wings? and sub sandwiches?? or a french dip??

 

sun-fend for-fend for yourself!
