Friday - split pea soup with bread Saturday - turkey with stuffing, baked sweet potatoes, broccoli souffle, glazed carrots, cranberry spinach salad, pumpkin pie, figgy pudding (I'm pretty excited about that one. Then, all gastronomic bets are off. :001_smile: Chicken soup for 2 nights, macaroni and meatballs, probably a big pot of venison chili. (I've already made the prior two). peanut butter and jelly for lunches (we're going to be full on baking so nothing too intensive there, either). Tuesday: Takeout eaten in a hurry at church, because DD has a 5pm rehearsal for a 7pm Solstice service. Wednesday: Pork tenderloin rubbed with garlic and rosemary. Thursday: Pasta with shrimp, green beans, and sun-dried tomatoes. Friday: Potluck at church. I think we're bringing a ham. Saturday: We're getting on a plane and flying to Memphis.
