Is there a place to find homeschool pen pals?

I have two daughters with lots of stationary. :D

I'm apprehensive to randomly "find" someone..

Any suggestions on a safe place to find a match?

I'd like to find homeschooling girls my kids ages.

Mine are 9 and 11, we are Muslim and live in California.
