In Door Grill ?s

Do you have one? Use it? What do you use it for? Do you eat healthier w/ it? Would you recommend your brand? Ease of cleaning?

 

I was looking at some cooking magazines that had some grilled meals. It's kinda chilly here and don't want to send Hubby out but that grilled stuff looks good. Wondering if an indoor grill would be a good option.

I love ours. We use it almost daily to make grilled sandwiches for lunch. (Healthier because you don't need to add butter.) It is also good for grilled vegetables (sweet potatoes are awesome). We are not huge meat eaters, but sometimes when something is on sale, I will grill and then freeze a ton of it.

I have a large Breville Grill and a smaller Cuisinart grill. I adore both! The run circles around George Forman types.... Steaks gets evenly cooked, chicken is never dry, paninis are pressed, not smooshed, and open, the Breville makes awesome pancakes, eggs, etc.

I have one of those cast iron things that you put on your burners, it has a "grill" side and a griddle side. I use it everday. It is so useful for so many things, it makes great steaks,veggies, pancakes and all sorts of things. :)

 

ETA: I think you need a gas stove for the kind I have
