melissel Posted December 13, 2010 Share Posted December 13, 2010 Christmas break starts today :banghead: DD8 is sick with what I think is strep -- I suspect we're all going to get it after our trip to Great Wolf, where we shared loads of food and bottles of water *sigh*. We have to get to Philly to use our prepaid Cleopatra exhibit tickets before the 22nd. DD8 and I have our annual trip into Manhattan for the Nutcracker on the 23rd. Work is needing me desperately through the end of the year, and we're needing the money pretty badly, so I hate to say no to any projects. I'm still not done shopping (thank heaven for Amazon Prime!). My parents want to take us all out for DH's b-day, and he has multiple work-related holiday parties to go to. And I'm DYING to get some baking started! All signs point to "Give it up now before you make yourself nuts." This means that I'll be spending a good part of the next few weeks realigning my file boxes :crying: (but I still :001_wub: them!). But boy, will the kids be happy!
