(shyly) I lost 6 lbs. last week.

Six pounds in a week? Okay, now don't hate me or anything but that is a lot to loose in one week. Maybe even pushing into the edge of unhealthy weight loss. Are you absolutely positive you are healthy? Any signs of illness?

 

Now that I've voiced my concern:

 

Woot! Woot! Six pounds! Way to go!

I have lost 6 pounds in a week 2-3 times since I started in September - I am perfectly healthy and have no repercussions from it.

 

ETA: My average is about 3.4 per week.

I wasn't exercising, and began to do 30 minutes of either walking or stationary biking nearly every day. And, when you are eating, oh, maybe 3000 calories a day, eating 1550 is cutting a lot! LOL

I'm sure some of it was water, too. We'll see how it goes this week.
