Giraffe Posted December 11, 2010 Share Posted December 11, 2010 OK - I sprained my foot and they think I might have broken it as well (5th metatarsal). I'd just started Weight Watchers and had gotten back into an exercise routine. Now this. My ankle just gave way and down I went. Any recommendations for exercise while I'm waiting for it to heal? I can't do anything weight-bearing and the doctor would prefer I not do weight machines even if I'm sitting because I'll brace myself with my foot. I know - swimming. I hate swimming. Anything else?
