MJN
big and hard to dissolve. I have the hardest time swallowing vitamins because of the taste. I can usually get capsules down. TIA, Molly
RahRah
I take a Carlson "Fish Oil Multi"....it's a single gel-cap each day - includes fish based vitamin D and a fair level of omega-3 (I take additional omega-3 too) and an overall good profile for essential vitamins and minerals. It isn't too big and is pretty easy to get down since it's a gel-cap.
Catwoman
I used to buy the Andrew Lessman vitamins on HSN.com. They seemed good, and were easier to swallow than regular pills (which I have a really hard time with.) I would still use them, but I haven't taken many vitamins lately. ktgrok
Twin Lab has capsules. They aren't small, but there is no taste.
newbie
Not a multivit, but a food supplement, is Juice Plus gummies. They are delicious.
mcconnellboys
Liquid vitamins are probably better absorbed, in general, than any solid form. Have you tried any liquids?
justamouse
Costco had chewable multis for adults. Don't know what brand, just remember walking by and thinking, "hey, cool."
6packofun
This is what I take. The daily dose is 3 capsules, but I take 2 to make it stretch: http://www.vitacost.com/Natures-Way-Alive-Multi-Vitamin-90-Vegetarian-Capsules Also, there is this option that I've considered, and it's a once daily multi, but I don't know how large the capsule is! lol http://www.vitacost.com/NSI-Synergy-Once-Daily-Multi-Vitamin-version-
