Guest BookwormHeather
Hi! I've been browsing the forum for awhile but just came across a book series and thought it was reason enough to actually create an account and start posting! :) The series that I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with includes different biographies of scientists with activities. Could anyone who has looked these through or used them please let me know whether or not they're worth using, how they align with classical educating, and whether they're from a secular or Christian slant? If secular, what light does it show Christianity in? Some of the books included in the series: Galileo for Kids - http://www.amazon.com/Galileo-Kids-Life-Ideas-Activities/ Leonardo da Vinci for Kids - http://www.amazon.com/Leonardo-Vinci-Kids-Ideas-Activities/ Isaac Newton and Physics for Kids - http://www.amazon.com/Isaac-Newton-Physics-Kids-Activities Thomas Edison for Kids - http://www.amazon.com/Thomas-Edison-Kids-Ideas-Activities Looking forward to hearing your thoughts! Thanks! :)
