Do you drink V8?

I crave it about 2-3 times a year and will go through 2 large bottles a week during that time.

I love it. When I'm trying to lose a few lbs I drink it because it fills me up. Yes, I know it has tons of sodium, but I don't eat to much other processed foods so I'm okay with that.

I buy the low sodium V8 and add a bit of my own salt to it. (I know that sounds incredibly stupid, but the regular V8 is too salty for me and the low sodium isn't salty enough... I am such a nuisance!)

Ok, I was a totally weird kid, but on the weekends that I would go to my Dad's, he would always stop and let me buy whatever kind of snacks I wanted.

 

I would get V8 and beef jerky every. single. time.

 

I still like them occasionally, but it has to be ice cold and from the tiny can. :tongue_smilie:

Regular full-sodium V8 is very good also, but like someone else mentioned adding a bit of my own salt to the low sodium version gives me the taste I'm really after.

Go look for Knudsen's Very Veggie--it's organic. There's a low sodium version, too.

I like the regular version, although I prefer plan tomato juice. I have never tried the fusion version, for some reason it just doesn't sound appealing. I prefer both V8 and tomato juice at room temperature.

Which V8 Fusion has the mildest flavor? I'd love to see if I can get my 12yo to drink this, but it would have to be something mild.

 

Right now the only things she likes to drink are:

water

vanilla milkshakes (only vanilla, no other flavors)

cherry apple smoothies (put in one strawberry, 5-6 blueberries, 1 tbs sugar, then fill to the cup mark with frozen cherries and fill again to the cup mark with apple juice)

apple juice

sprite

frappuccino (has a sample of this every time we go to the mall)

She LIKED it! My dd drank about 8 oz of a 12 oz bottle of strawberry banana v8 fusion.

 

I bought a big bottle of the strawberry banana and one of the pomegranate blueberry also.
