Brigitte
My girls want to make some today for a cookie exchange later in the week. Anyone have a good recipe that she wants to share?
MariannNOVA
I get most of my recipes (cookies, too) from www.thekitchenlink.com :001_smile:
ChrisB
We love this recipe. It doesn't have a super, strong gingerbread taste, but still tastes great! And, it's easy to roll out.

Beth S
Our family eats healthy, but we eat one homemade cookie that contains Crisco every night. ;-) The Crisco gives the cookie stability, yet softness (we slightly underbake, on a insulated cookie sheet). Here's Crisco's gingerbread cookie recipe. When I don't have enough molasses, I substitute corn syrup, or something else--mine are usually not as dark as the photo. http://www.familytime.com/recipe/showrecipe.aspx?recipeid=10171 We love their Choc Chip; Peanut Butter; & Sugar Cookie recipes as well. Cut out cookies cut out better if the dough has had a chance to chill several hours. And I sprinkle them with powdered sugar. And I use a round cookie cutter, which is easier to make than "official" GB men! Enjoy!
Julie in AZ
We love this recipe. It doesn't have a super, strong gingerbread taste, but still tastes great! And, it's easy to roll out. We make this one too! :)
