love2read
I'm on a quest for meaningful but neutral mail order gift packages. I've found this is the safest thing to give to my siblings. Last year I had a list of non-profit organizations that sent something tangible, as these relatives need tangible :glare: I'm starting a new list since I can't find that one, and I would love suggestions. love2read
These are two that I have found so far and while they would work for my brother they won't do for the other siblings who don't drink coffee or indulge in sweets. Others? http://www.mysticmonkcoffee.com/store/storefront.php http://shop6.mailordercentral.com/trappistinecandy/

VA6336
We love Mystic Monk coffee! :001_smile: PBS has an online store, and proceeds support public television. The Abbey of Gethsemani has fancy cheese in addition to sweets. Someone usually gives us one of their fruitcakes...the kids like them, anyway! Caroline
National Geographic can make a jigsaw puzzle of a satelite map, the center of which is your (or some else's) house. I think National Geographic is neutral.
Sparkle
Beautiful wreaths from Lynch Creek Farms or cookie tins from Hope's Cookies or awesome chocolates from Lake Champlain Chocolates are all good.
gardening momma
Zingerman's I posted this after doing an online search. I've never heard of them. But now I'm looking at the site, and their bread looks really good! Might get some.
Carol in Cal.
http://www.serrv.org--fair trade gift items. May be a little too PC for some. Ten Thousand Villages--fair trade items from around the world, sold in local gift fairs. I often shop at one of our local ones at a Mennonite church. If you google on the name and also your city, you may find a gift fair coming up. The New York Metropolitan Museum of Art has a great online store. So do the Lawrence Hall of Science in Berkeley, CA, and the Exploratorium in San Francisco, CA.
melissel
RedEnvelope.com too, and there's a Groupon available currently that will give you $15 off. It's very generic gifty sort of stuff. (Though personally, I would love something from one of the museum gift stores myself!)
