Hexbugs and excellent customer service

People spend a lot of time sharing negative customer service/business experiences, so I thought I'd share a positive one. The full story is on my blog, but the short story is my son got a Hexbug on Sunday for his birthday, the baby broke it that night, I wrote to the company asking if I could get a replacement part, and two days later we received an entire new Hexbug plus extra batteries and some stickers.


If you're looking for really cool Christmas/Yule/birthday/whatever presents for your 8+ year old who loves robotics and/or bugs, Hexbugs are a win. <3
