My DH and I were looking for something that we could give them that we could 'add to' over the years, and a local jewelry store had a great deal on these on Black Friday. I see that there are many different brands of beads out there (Pandora, Troll, Chamelia...and even our local Shopko store carries their own version.) My question is - are the beads interchangable between different brands? The beads seem really expensive. Is there a reason we should buy the brand name glass beads over the Shopko glass beads?
