DB in NJ
It tastes like rice pudding, without the rice :tongue_smilie: It's lighter than regular eggnog, not as thick. And the flavor is like I said above - hint of vanilla, hint of cinnamon, and just WOW. There's no alcohol in it. Sold in stores all over. It's in a red carton. FlockOfSillies
I hate the red carton Southern Comfort eggnog. The red carton is too small. It only holds a quart. They don't carry it in gigantic vats at Costco. It's not available all year. It's a crime against eggnog lovers, really.
Brilliant
There's no alcohol in it. Sold in stores all over. It's in a red carton. I've never seen it in California, and I buy eggnog every winter. :(
JoyfulMama
Oooh thanks - I think that was the one my aunt had last year! SUPER YUMMY!!!
TanuvasaMama
Thanks for the tip!!! I cannot believe I've gotten this far into the holiday season and have not had a cup of eggnog...I'm slipping.

~Tara~
LOL that's what I was thinking....what? no alcohol? well...forget it then! That's a disgrace to the SoCo name!!! I'd have to splash a little something in there just to make it seem right ;)
happyWImom
I am drinking some of this now-:001_wub: I cannot believe how good it is. And, I am thankful that they only make it in the small cartons. I feel like I could drink a whole one right now.
sparrow
Unfortunately, even reading the title of this thread made my stomach lurch a little due to a VERY unfortunate incident twenty some odd years ago featuring our old friend Southern Comfort :tongue_smilie:. Even if there isn't alcohol in it, I guess I'll have to pass. Too many memories just looking at the label! Y'all enjoy for me :001_smile:. YourFidgetyFriend
YES! The vanilla spice is soooooo good! I hate that it's so yummy because it's like a gazillion calories a cup....BUT totally worth it as long as you don't guzzle down as many cartons as you can before New Years, acting like a heroin fiend buying up every.last.carton the first week of January knowing it soon won't be in stock anymore. journeytolily
So, where do I find this amazing stuff??? Just a regular grocery store? A convenience store? A liquor store (even though it's without alcohol)? I'm already going crazy, trying to plan how I might get my hands on some!
