eternalknot
The Lifetime Network called and they want to film a movie about your life. Who plays you? Who do you WANT to play you? I'd like to be played by Kelly Hu or Lucy Liu. A "real" casting director would probably say Margaret Cho would be more appropriate :tongue_smilie:. I'm tired of reading threads about divorce and the TSA. Give me something else to read, please? I still have a few piles of laundry I'm trying to ignore until my kids get back from dinner with the grandparents.
JFSinIL
Sadly, Imelda Stauton would probably be cast. (I am sure she is a nice lady, but still...)
1bassoon
I've been told over and over again. . . .Sally Field. Probably should start taking Boniva ;)

sarawatsonim
I've been told many, many times by my photos that I look like Anna Paquin when she is blonde. Who I would want to play me is Malin Ackerman. Edited November 22, 2010 by sarawatsonim
elegantlion
In my dreams? Debra Messing with the curly do. My dh will be played by Colin Farrell. :D
Jean in Newcastle
I've been asked if I'm related to Meryl Streep. I don't think I look like her at all but I wouldn't mind if she was cast. I think she would find my life very boring though. I don't even have a unique accent for her to do!
Caitilin
Natalie Portman. :)
OrganicAnn
Renee Zellweger especially if she bounces between Colin Firth and Hugh Grant as in Bridget Jones Diary.
Carrie12345
Claire Danes. But she'd have to pack on a few pounds for the role. :tongue_smilie:
Nakia
Angelina Jolie because, of course, I look just like her and have her figure. :)
Greta
Who do you WANT to play you? Eva Green. I think she is stunningly beautiful, but also has an aura of sophistication, intelligence, and competence. She is a knock-out, but she's NOT a bimbo, kwim? That's what I wish I was!
GWOB
I don't know who would play me, but it would definitely have to be directed by the Coen brothers.

AuntieM
Twenty to 25 years ago, I was actually mistaken for Reba McEntyre (sp?), more than once. That was back in her blonder days. I guess if she toned down the twang, she'd still be my physical best choice. But who would I WANT to play me? I dunno... I'll have to think about that and come back later. FWIW, eternalknot, I am also summiting Mount Laundry this evening. But I'm not the adventurer on this trek, oh no, I am merely the pack mule.:tongue_smilie:

Food4Thought
I've been told I look like LeeLee Sobieski. Given the choice, I'd like Zooey Deschanel. She's a little quirky and super cute. Anyone but Anne Hathaway. I don't know why, but I just can't stand her.

Julie in CA
Well, I just don't know. Who do I *look* like? (It would have to be someone really really overweight with a whiny, nasal voice, and you don't see many actresses like that. :001_huh:)
eternalknot
I've been told I look like LeeLee Sobieski. Given the choice, I'd like Zooey Deschanel. She's a little quirky and super cute. Anyone but Anne Hathaway. I don't know why, but I just can't stand her. I think LeeLee Sobieski is highly under-rated. Love her. I also share your inexplicable distaste for Anne Hathaway. I don't know what it is about her, but she annoys me. My brother, bless his heart, thinks she is beautiful. Obviously he didn't get the gene for TASTE! FWIW, eternalknot, I am also summiting Mount Laundry this evening. But I'm not the adventurer on this trek, oh no, I am merely the pack mule.:tongue_smilie:  My kids are home. They're folding it now because I have the television on and told them they could stay up and watch if they folded it for me. That worked out well! I'm trying not to correct their improper folding techniques, and this thread has been a great distraction. I had to google some people LOL. LauraGB
I came up with three possibilities. sagira
I've been told Marisa Tomei. Apparently I have her aura. I think she would do a good job.
