momee Posted November 21, 2010 Share Posted November 21, 2010 I'm almost positive it was given to me by someone on the boards. Someone posted a whole wheat waffle recipe that used a Bosch mixer. The waffles were really! light and crunchy on the outside. Great! recipe, but it's lost. The only specific I can remember was that it used a LOT - like 8, 10, or 12 egg whites.
