I bought a vacuum cleaner and a floor mopping thing...I forget what it was called... But I had a freind buy someting for Christmas one year, and it wasn't as great of a thing (it was a toy train set) as it appeared....but she was able to return it hassle free. The few times I've had returns it has been completely hassle free, but mostly the items are of high quality. They sell my favorite skin care line (Philosphy) for much less than I can buy it elsewhere. I've also bought handbags (Dooney and Bourke), small appliances, tons of kitchenware, jewelry....you name it. I'm sort of in trouble now that they have an iPhone app.....
