Gamom3 Posted November 20, 2010 Share Posted November 20, 2010 Dh wants leg of lamb for Thanksgiving. I purchased one Friday and stuck it in the freezer until next week. I am wanting to marinate it over night before cooking it. When should I take it out of the freezer? One more question..how long can I keep it in the frig after taking it out of the freezer? I ask this because my uncle is not doing good and we don't know how much longer he has. If he passes this week-- near Thanksgiving, we will be going to the funeral(3hrs away).
