MJN
as we'd like it. What can I do now that it's cooked to add some life to this meat for supper? A sauce of some kind? Thanks!
abbeyej
The easiest thing would probably be to cook it at a low temp in barbecue sauce till dinner time. Pull the meat apart as it breaks down and leave it there cooking slowly in the sauce.
astrid
we had some leftover pork tenderloin that didn't thrill me the first time around. I made some rice pilaf, chopped up the pork, some onion, green pepper and snow peas and made "fried rice" in a frying pan with a bit of butter to saute the veggies. Added some soy sauce and my family couldn't get enough of it. (I hate it when they love some weird-o leftover concoction that I make because it seems I can NEVER duplicate it!) chickenpatty
Get a bottle of Goya Mojo sauce from the store. It's in the mexican food section. Shred the meat & pour the sauce over. Serve with warm tortillas & cheese & sour cream. So good! Someone here recommended it to me a while back and now we love it!
