Help! I cooked a pork tenderloin and it needs some pizazz. It's not as tasty

we had some leftover pork tenderloin that didn't thrill me the first time around. I made some rice pilaf, chopped up the pork, some onion, green pepper and snow peas and made "fried rice" in a frying pan with a bit of butter to saute the veggies. Added some soy sauce and my family couldn't get enough of it. (I hate it when they love some weird-o leftover concoction that I make because it seems I can NEVER duplicate it!)
