treestarfae
Oh wait! Was I suppose to sign up on the yahoo group? I thought I was just suppose to send you my address. Please advise. You don't have to but it helps to get the states you are missing to ask for a swap there.
Aludlam
Ok good, b/c my littles are suuuupppper excited about this. We've never done anything like it!
treestarfae
I use a binder with clear pockets labeled for the 50 states to hold our postcards. This homeschool yahoo group has individual state facts and flag in their files to print http://groups.yahoo.com/group/homeschool-Friends-Fun/. There seems to be a glitch with Wisconsin though so I made one myself that I can share. I have branched off to international swaps through http://www.postcrossing.com/ and http://www.swap-bot.com/ The international ones have some beautiful stamps. Let us know where you find some. Maybe your local tourist place? We'll try the Balloon Museum and other places like it next. Blessings! Aludlam
BINGO!!!! Walmart and Walgreens. We are in North MS. They were between .25 and .33 each.
Mama2Many4
I'm also in the boat of having trouble finding state postcards. If worse comes to worse, I'll just buy general postcards at Staples and write the info down on them myself.
