joni470
I have a recipe for meatloaf, spaghetti and stew. I'd love to know how others use this meat. Thanks Savannah http://www.hammocktracks.com

ChrisN in NY
Ok, the title makes no sense (cause I thought this window was for my new post on the HS board, but they must've switched on me)... But we've been given lots of ground venison over the years. I use one lb or ground beef with one lb of ground venison and double all my recipes..which I do anyway. For roasts, I cook it all day in a crockpot with a can of apple juice concentrate, that shred it and add bbq sauce and ketchup to taste, thinning with water as necessary.
