Favorite web sites / learning books for 4.5 non-reader?

My son is 4.5, and has become really interested in letters and such lately. We've been really low key with him for the most part (his sister is 7.5 and reads at a very high level).

We've been showing him the Letter Factory videos lately (from when DD was little). He likes those and it's helping him learn letter sounds. He KNOWS all the letters, he just doesn't know all the sounds.

Headsprout is a little advanced for him at this point, I believe (DD did this one when little).

Any suggestions? He's been pulling out the Kumon workbooks and practicing writing letters. Plus he is writing letters on his own all the time - e.g. he pulled out soup cans the other night and was copying the words from that the other day.

(A bit more history, when DD was little, she did headsprout, reading eggs, Bob books, etc. but I think she was a little more advanced than he is when it came to reading).
