Speech Therapy sites to help with older ds.

My oldest ds went to speech therapy but is falling back on some bad habits. His therapist, a friend of mine, says he can make the sounds but they are not "natural" for him. The sounds are blends like th, sh, tr, etc. Does anyone have some sites I can direct him to so we can work on these sounds? I'm thinking something with speech recognition or something like that.
