Mom in High Heels
I can't stand the smell of store bought fabric refreshers. They smell sickly sweet and make me gag. Sometimes though (with 3 dogs) we need to freshen the fabric. Does anyone make their own? If so, how? I've read about mixing fabric softener with water, but was looking for something a bit more organic (and preferably doesn't involve vinegar). Anyone? TIA! SquirrellyMama
I'd like to know the same thing. I found one that called for baking soda but it settled in the bottom. After I sprayed it the baking soda would show up everywhere after it had dried.
Aunty Social
I just keep a spray bottle of distilled water mixed with some essential oils around. I use it to spray whatever I think needs freshening (curtains, mattresses, couch...). I also use it to dampen the dustcloth, instead of things like pledge. Dayle in Guatemala
:lurk5: I'm interested to find this out too! I can't really find essential oils here, so I was hoping for something else. Although, I could have someone bring some to me I suppose. Hmmm...
